Terms of service – Zombies vs Humans
Zombies vs Humans is offered by Marc Bernardo Ferré, from Spain. You can write to us at zombiesvshumans.thegame@gmail.com. By using Zombies vs Humans, you accept these terms.
You must be 14 or older to use Zombies vs Humans.
An account is for one person. Keep your password safe. Usernames must not insult, impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may rename or block an account that breaks these terms.
- Do not cheat. - Do not abuse other players. - Do not attack the service.
Credits are bought with real money and only spent in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. Packs and credits are delivered at once. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Spanish consumer law, art. 103 m TRLGDCU). You tick the box that says so before paying, and you are emailed a receipt when the purchase completes. A charge reversed with PayPal takes back what it bought.
The service is offered as it is. It may change, stop or be unavailable. We are liable only as far as the law requires.
The game, its text, art and sounds belong to the owner of Zombies vs Humans or their licensors.
The date at the top says when these terms last changed.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the courts of your own domicile.
